Yes you are not crazy! Fortnite is with skins and items from the famous anime Naruto.
Four-character costumes and other different types of anime-inspired cosmetics can be purchased at the Epic Games battle royale store
After rumors and confirmation from Epic Games, cosmetics referring to the anime Naruto arrived at Fortnite this Tuesday. Items are available directly from the battle royale's shop and are highlighted by costumes for four characters from the popular manga series: Naruto Uzumaki, Kakashi Hatake, Sakura Haruno and Sasuke Uchiha. The first three can be purchased individually for 1,500 V-Bucks, while the last one appears for 1,600 V-Bucks.
Each of the skins are part of sets that also feature the Jutsu loading screens of Eating Pizza and Team 7. Naruto Uzumaki and Kakashi Hatake are included in the Naruto and Kakashi Package at a price of 2,100 V-Bucks. Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura Haruno are present in the Sasuke and Sakura Package at the cost of 2,200 V-Bucks.
Furthermore, there is the Shinobi Equipment Package, provided by 1,500 V-Bucks and composed of the Jutsu gestures of Summoning and Pause for Lamen, and the Kunai, Sword of the Anbu and Sickle of the Hidan collection tools. Accessories are also sold individually, with gestures going out for 300 V-Bucks and collecting tools for 500 and 800 V-Bucks, plus the Kurama hang glider and Shinobi Teamwork loading screen for 1,200 V- Bucks.
